Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on the total weight of the items and the destination. Since these are lightweight items, the cost is optimized when adding multiple products to the same order.

Take advantage of our free shipping promotion in Europe for purchases over €50.00. All our shipments are handled securely through Correos (Spanish Postal Service).

When will I receive my order?
Items should be received within 3 to 7 business days within Spain, except for international deliveries, which vary depending on the country. If you would like to know the specific delivery date for the product you wish to purchase, please contact us.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. IkigaiArt.com is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to deliver to the correct address.

What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

Orders are shipped via standard or registered mail, at the buyer's choice. If the customer chooses standard mail, Ikigai Art is not responsible for any loss in the shipment. We suggest and recommend choosing registered mail so you can track your package and be assured of its delivery. If an order gets stuck in customs or is returned during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is beyond our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy to learn when this may apply to shipping situations.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
In some cases, international shipments will require the payment of import/customs duties. These will be the buyer's responsibility under all circumstances. Ikigai Art will not be responsible for customs duties.
