Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated in the cart based on the total weight of the items and the destination. Since these are lightweight pieces, the cost is optimized when adding several products in the same order.

Take advantage of our free shipping promotion in Europe for purchases over €50.00. All our shipments are securely managed through Correos.

Shipping to Gran Canaria.
If you are in Gran Canaria, you can pick up your order directly at our workshop in Mogán, free of charge. On some occasions, we can deliver your order to your home at no additional cost. Please contact us for more information, through the contact form or via WhatsApp. We will assist you as soon as possible.

When will I receive my order?
Items should be received within 2 to 6 business days within Spanish territory, except for international deliveries which vary by country. If you want to know specifically when the product you wish to purchase will arrive, please contact us.

What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
Orders are sent by ordinary mail or certified mail, at the buyer's choice; if the customer chooses ordinary mail, Ikigai Art is not responsible for any loss of the shipment. We suggest and recommend choosing certified mail to track the shipment and ensure its delivery.

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
In some cases, international shipments will require the payment of import/customs taxes. These will be the responsibility of the buyer. Under all circumstances, Ikigai Art will not be responsible for customs taxes.
